ostara
Ostara arrives at dawn.
The day and night stand equal, and then the light begins to lead.
This is the threshold where the year exhales and life starts moving again.
Ostara is the month of openings. Of first sparks.
The sun crosses from the deep waters of Pisces into the fire of Aries, lighting the first match of the zodiac.
This is not the energy of completion.
This is the courage to begin.
We honor the return of the goddess from the underworld.
Persephone rises, and with her, the land remembers how to bloom.
What has been buried is not gone.
It is germinating.
At Ostara, we bless seeds and eggs, symbols of life still forming.
We charge them for health, wealth, and prosperity, knowing that Aries magic moves fast but needs tending.
What is started now must be returned to, fed, and grounded as the season unfolds.
This is solar work.
Fire, dawn, intention, motion.
We begin, not because we are ready, but because the light has come back.
